[Feature Request]: `winget-install.ps1` allow passing native parameters, like `--all-versions`, during uninstall

Please allow for winget-install.ps1 to accept native parameters during uninstall. I tried following the guidance here however --all-versions does not seem to be passed along to winget when attempting an uninstall. Tested using the version of winget-install.ps1 from the WAU repo. Thanks.

We can try to implement such a feature, but we don't focus much on uninstalls, as Winget doesn't handle them very well.

I have had fairly good success rate with uninstalls, the only issues I have had could be solved either with a mod or with the --all-versions switch so I think this could be a quite useful feature.
