Add Table-of-Content section #51
Description
As mentioned in #50 the whole project would have much more readability, if a TOC is added.
Since it is easier for new readers to follow along the topics of the chapters and it provides a better navigation for readers, that want to lookup a single point, it would improve the quality of the whole project.
