feat: replace Community section with direct Roocabulary link

- Remove obsolete community projects (Dynamic Rules, SPARC, Memory Bank, etc.)
- Replace entire Community section with direct link to Roocabulary GitHub repository
- Clean up documentation structure by removing outdated community content
- Roocabulary now accessible via direct GitHub link in sidebar
