Community structure update (#164)
* Add community projects and custom modes documentation - Introduced new community projects: SPARC, Memory Bank, Tips & Tricks, Dynamic Rules, and Roo Commander. - Added detailed documentation for various custom modes including Advanced Orchestrator, Documentation Writer, Jest Test Engineer, Junior Developer Code Reviewer, Senior Developer Code Reviewer, User Story Creator, VibeMode, and ResearchMode. - Created an index page for community projects and a gallery for custom modes. - Updated sidebar navigation to reflect new structure and improve accessibility to community resources. - Ensured backward compatibility for existing links to custom modes gallery. * docs: Update link to Custom Modes Gallery for clarity and backward compatibility
