* Fix release date to 2025-08-19 (today's date)

* Add all missing PR links to v3.25 combined release notes

- Added PR links for all QOL improvements
- Added PR links for all bug fixes
- Added PR links for all provider updates
- Added PR links for all misc improvements
- Ensured proper attribution with contributor names
