fix: Update AWS SDK and use customUserAgent for complete CloudTrail logs

- Upgrade @aws-sdk/client-bedrock-runtime and @aws-sdk/credential-providers from 3.848.0 to 3.922.0
- Replace defaultUserAgentProvider with customUserAgent in bedrock.ts to append rather than replace user agent
- This ensures CloudTrail logs show complete details including OS version, SDK version, and runtime details
- Fixes issue where CloudTrail only showed 'RooCode/3.30.0 m/E,e' instead of full SDK context
