feat: add zai-org/GLM-4.5-Air model to Chutes AI provider

- Add zai-org/GLM-4.5-Air to ChutesModelId type
- Configure model with 151,329 token context window
- Add comprehensive test coverage for the new model
- Model features 106B total parameters with 12B activated
- Free to use with no input/output pricing
