fix: resolve failing unit tests by fixing mock configuration in qdrant-client.spec.ts

- Fixed missing CODEBASE_INDEX_DEFAULTS mock for @roo-code/types
- Updated path mock to properly include all required methods (resolve, normalize)
- All 70 tests in qdrant-client.spec.ts now pass
- Verified no regressions in broader code-index test suite (368 tests pass)
