Free and opensource cloud Claude alternative

Ok, Claude is really efficient and Roo-Code cut the cost and make it really fast, but... is there some free and opensource alternatives?

To test, I created a basic pod on Runpod.IO with RTX 4090 at $ 0.69/h, I installed Ollama then charged Codestral.
The result in Roo-Code is very slow and strange responses ...

I then found this model which seems to have been adapted with Roo-Code.

I used the 32B model, but again it's really very slow.

What would be an adapted configuration to obtain a result similar to Claude at the speed and precision level? or may be it is impossible?
