Add a second sonnet 3.7 thinking entry for plan mode vs checkbox

Currently, this is implemented as a 'thinking' checkbox in the settings but that doesn't work well if you would like to have plan mode be thinking and act mode be standard 3.7

I see you can just add another provider as a workaround!
