Just an idea. Maybe colour the mode selector or someway to make it more visually obvious what mode we're in. Its mostly my bad, I admit, but too often I think I'm asking Architect but I'm really in code mode and it starts changing files before I was ready for it to.
Plus, I think that would be good for marketing your extension too.
Thinking about it, alternative idea. The background for the input field could change depending on the mode. For example repeating debug icons as a BG.
