Feature Request: Gemma 3 API Support

Hi Roo,

I'm a big fan of Roo Code and find it to be an incredibly useful agent tool within VS Code. I'm writing to request support for Google's Gemma 3 models.

Gemma 3 is Google's latest open-weight model family, released on March 12th via Google AI Studio. It offers impressive performance and is a valuable addition to the open-source LLM landscape.

Currently, Roo Code doesn't seem to support the Gemma 3 API. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider adding support for Gemma 3, allowing users to leverage its capabilities directly within the Roo Code environment.
