Support prompt snippets

Being able to easily insert a user defined snippet would allow you to have several pre-set templates of commands you can use.

For me personally, I would be able to use snippets for messages such as

• Initialize repo documentation
• Sync repo documentation
• Continue current task in a new sub task in order to reduce token usage
