Fork a new task chat from any point in an prior task's chat.

There is no preventing having to eventually move to a new task when a context gets too large. However, there are often times I wish I could just go back in the chat history and fork a new task from that point, as the prior context is sufficient to continue working on another dimension of the larger task. There's no need to waste tokens redeveloping that context scratch.

While there is a similar feature request, it's description didn't capture what I had in mind so I opened this one.
