please add a sorting-feature for Models profiles for us LLM-experimenters!

Since new LLM's are constantly being released, and even now there are so many great options, I tend to keep a lot (10+) profiles active - including Ollama, Openrouter (free 200/day), and Openrouter paid (when I run out of free requests), and Gemini API. Many LLMs have distinct strengths/weaknesses so I like to keep options available.

Currently there is no ability to custom-sort the profiles on the dropdown menu. I would love to group my Openrouter Free models, Ollama models, etc. or even sort by model creator (deepseek, qwen, google...).
