Reset context window after some files

In real scenario while refactoring code.
I provided a very long list of files for Roo to replace.
In this situation, after each file, the context window increases significantly.
with too many files and it out of context window size.

=> I want a tool to reset the context window after some file or something like that
I hope it can work with a huge list files
