Request: Add support for custom API headers and tool schemas via .clinerules or MCP Resources

I love Roo Code and how customizable it is via .clinerules files and mode-specific instructions.

I’d love to request the ability to define:

Custom request headers (for example, anthropic-beta: token-efficient-tools-2025-02-19)
Tool schemas (name, description, input schema)
...either inside .clinerules files or through future MCP Resource definitions.

This would enable advanced use of Claude’s tool calling in beta features, as well as custom integrations for power users without needing to alter the extension or API config UI.

Is this on the roadmap?
