can we add such option to quickly change the AI Model

Click on the "default" profile (next to "Architect"), and then click "Edit". You'll be taken to the settings in which you can configure as many profiles as you'd like with different providers and models for each. After creating your profiles you can quickly switch between them using the menu in the chat box.
