When using Claude 3.7 or 3.5 models via AWS Bedrock, I consistently encounter an error when sending messages containing images: "Error: The model returned the following errors: Could not process image".

I've noticed that the image recognition functionality works normally on lobechat when using the same API key and identical models. It's important to note that for lobechat's image processing to work, I have already configured an internet-accessible S3 storage

Could the error in Roo be due to the lack of an "internet-accessible S3 storage" configuration?
