Roo Code Long-Term Memory --- integrate to Mem0's API -> Enables auto memory to Neo4j (graph db) and Weaviate (vector db)

Idea: I'm a noob to all of this, but I think that having Roo Code work with the Mem0's API to use Mem0's memory function might be a large benefit in many ways. Mem0 seamlessly integrates with Neo4j (graph database) and Weaviate (vector database) which (I think) could enable elegant memory functions for project management and task decomposition functions for even smaller context window situations. Ideally FalkorDB would replace Neo4j, since FalkorDB seems to be the next generation (AI enhanced db) in the db lineage coming from Neo4j, but Mem0 doesn't directly support FalkorDB yet. Mem0 could potentially chunk the entire project into the databases, which could also provide some interesting capabilities.
