Custom API Headers for OpenAl Compatible Provider

Hey folks!

We're experimenting with Roo Code behind a corporate proxy.

To get setup, we have an OpenAI compatible endpoint and were following: https://docs.roocode.com/providers/openai-compatible

But we need a way to be able to set custom headers like the Host header. However, I don't see anyway to configure this in the VSCode configuration.

Here are a few examples of tools that do work:

Could you help enable us try out Roo Code for our org?
