Similar to how auto-approved executions work with a whitelist of commands to match.

Would be good if you can do the same, so they you can for example allow auto-writes to a /memory-bank folder or specific files like README.md.

Would be good if the paths are relative to the workspace root by default or support absolute paths and wildcards/glob patterns as well

My usecase looks like this:
When I develop an app and a connected library (separate project) in go, I use the "replace" directive to point my app to my local folder with the current version of the library (this folder is typically located next to the workspace-folder of my app). When I use Cline from my app project, it often needs to take a look at the library to find out function signatures etc. I always have to approve every single read-request since cline needs to read files outside of my project workspace.
What I want is to be able to define paths on the system (so outside of my project folder) that Cline is allowed to read without asking me before. On the other hand I don't want to allow Cline to just read everything on my system.
