what about adding more providers for "VSCode LM API" such as

• "Blackbox" chat
• "Qodo" gen
• "Cody" by sourcegraph
• "Bito AI"
• "Codeium"
• "Visual Studio Code AI Models" Intergration

for more options?
and also probably a "Github Models" provider?
