Right-click options for explorer to add context to chat.

I was investigating again on an issue that I felt like was not too nice for UX, is that you need to hold shift when you drag and drop from the Explorer to the chat window. Yes, I'm lazy as f... but cheers!
We figured on discord that it was not possible to avoid that, since that behavior is hard coded in VS Code.
But what should be possible, like it's already existing for the editor, a right-click option to add a specific file to the chat.
