Feature Request: Disable auto scroll in chat

This is a problem with all AI chats, the auto scroll makes it so you have to wait until they're done writing before you can start reading it because if you manually scroll back to try and read while they are still writing the auto scroll will move it back so you lose your place. And sometimes Roo loves to go on and on and on and it's not efficient at all to wait until he's done and then to scroll back and start reading.

When he starts typing I should be able to just start reading what he's typing instead of it going out of sight because the chat auto scrolled and then you have to wait until he's done then you have to manually scroll back. It's insane. Just turn off the auto scroll, then you can read as soon as he starts typing and you don't have to scroll back to get to the beginning of the text.

yes, if you manually scroll, then auto-scroll should be disabled untill you scroll all the way to the end again

Yes, that's probably the best solution. Disable autoscroll when you manually scroll, then when you click the arrow which takes you back to the end of chat, autoscroll is reenabled. It will be a huge improvement.
