Migrate to Responses API

The Responses API supports exclusive parameters that are not available in the legacy Chat Completions API, such as:

Web Search
reasoning_summary (critical for GPT‑5 high‑reasoning tests, since it can think for up to 5–6 minutes)
and other tools it can use.
It would be great to ensure these features are documented and supported consistently.
