Add OpenAI GPT-5 Chat(gpt-5-chat-latest)
GPT-5 Chat points to the GPT-5 snapshot currently used in ChatGPT.
It's like the GPT-5 version of ChatGPT-4o-latest, but without other GPT-5 characteristics such as verbosity. Should just treat it like GPT-4o or GPT-4.1 non-reasoning models.
