Timer to automatically resume tasks after provider timeout

Some providers, eg. Claude Code, have API timeouts that prevents too from completing long tasks in one go.

mid like to see a Timer feature added which can be turned on/off like other tools (MCP, Write, Read etc) which can be added to the workflow in various ways. One of which is when the API for the provider returns the relevant timeout try again message.

Other uses may include running repetitive tasks over a period of time, or for the cowboys amongst us having set periods between subtasks.
