Header support in remote MCP server configurations

I couldn't see any examples in the docs and checked the current issues and discussions but I guess headers are not supported in remote server configurations in RooCode.

It would be cool to add it to send authorization headers to the remote MCP servers

This works. But what I want to know is whether there are other mechanisms to dynamically inject a value other than setting it as and env variable.
