Smart Rate limit Delay

need a feature that uses regex to get "retryDelay": "{time}s" from the error responses to save extra requests and also save time by removing the need of retry delay time multiplier
this is very useful for devs using fee api keys specially from google gemini, also tokens monitoring can be used to follow gemini rate limits from their TPM, RPM and RPD
