Add Amazon Q Cli as provider

Please add Amazon Q CLI (by AWS) as a provider in Roo-Code, using the same subprocess integration pattern as Claude Code CLI.

Why This Matters

+1 I'm also seeking this same functionality. Similar to how VS Code's Language Model API works with GitHub Copilot, I have the Amazon Q extension installed in VS Code and can access premium models at no cost. However, I'd prefer to use it through Roo Code because I want to leverage Roo Code's indexing capabilities as well.
