Large delay between terminal finishing a test and Roo catching up

What happened?

Roo Code ran a test against a test it had been working on. There was an enormous delay between when the test would finish in the terminal and when Roo would "catch up" or know that the test had actually finished. It as about a 45 second delay before it caught up and started its next API task. I got it on video.

I have encountered the issume too

As a test, I removed Oh My ZSH from my .zshrc file. I instead installed Starship for ZSH (using iTerm2). I now no longer have any terminal delay issues at all when running tests. Roo seems to immediately pick up that the terminal has completed running tests. This issue may be directly related to only Oh My ZSH users.

I've experienced the long delays using bash as well.
