[BUG] Rate limiting causing unknown error #10043
Description
Problem (one or two sentences)
When the API is rate limiting it causes an error... which happens quite a bit.
Doesn't impact anything but fills the screen with junk errors.
Context (who is affected and when)
Happens when using OpenRouter APIs with rate limiting enabled.
Reproduction steps
- Use OpenRouter and pick an API like Qwen3Coder
- Watch as the error messages unfold with rate limiting
Expected result
Rate limiting should show as a passive message
Actual result
