roo seems to hang on "Roo wants to execute this command" when it runs docker-compose

What happened?

The command runs and exits back to the prompt in the terminal window, but the spinner next to the Roo wants to execute this command doesn't stop spinning and continue to API request also vscode process seems to hit 400+ when looking at top.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an install script that is launching 6 docker containers.
2. Run it.
3. Watch.

I've seen the issue as well a few times. After I instructed Roo to use 'plain progress' reporting, it didn't get stuck anymore. I'm guessing there is something in the default docker compose output that crashes something? Here's the command Roo executes instead then:
BUILDKIT_PROGRESS=plain docker compose -f docker-compose_dev.yml up -d
