I've analyzed this issue and investigated the codebase to understand how MCP servers are added to the marketplace.

Finding: The MCP marketplace items are served from a remote API (https://app.roocode.com/api/marketplace/mcps) and are not stored in this repository. This means adding new MCP servers to the marketplace requires a backend update by the Roo Code team rather than a code change in this repository.

Historical Context: This is actually a duplicate of issue #6354 which was previously addressed. There were two closed PRs (#6364 and #6408) that attempted to add documentation/examples, but the actual marketplace addition would need to happen on the backend.

Recommendation: Since adding MCP servers to the marketplace is a backend task, I recommend:

1. The Roo Code team add this MCP server to their backend marketplace data
2. In the meantime, users can manually configure the Microsoft Learn MCP server by adding this to their .roo/mcp.json file:
