What happened?

After recent update roo code not waiting for console output after executing commands in 50% of cases, it just continues, sometimes trying to execute same command, that wastes a lot of tokens and breaks logic.

I can confirm this happens alot. i thought it was due to the model trying to change direcotry and then executing a command, but that is not consistent enough to confirm. its as if there needs to be a delay in the model after a terminal command is input to verify. might be on vscodes end?

No, i was working on project and extension update appeared.. installed it and instantly noticed this bug.

if powershell startup takes more than 5 sec or something, mine doesn't work, otherwise it does

What happens :
just using it normally, and running a command, it ignores the shell integration.

Expected behavior :
Shell intergration works sucessfully and fetches output.
