Actual vs. Expected Behavior

With a 22k context window lmstudio drops the model and asks for a 52k context window. If I comply it works.
This only happens on the first question with Orchestration and if I ask it to look at a file or folder. If it say hi, I can use 22k context window and it flies along. I tried qwen3 30b same thing. In tired in a empty folder no problem.

I set a 32k or even 22k context window and expect roo code to work.

Detailed Steps to Reproduce

1. Using Ubuntu
2. 16gb Vram rtx 32gb Ram
3. 135 files in python project with memory-bank and docs
4. Turned off MPC
5. give a 10 word prompt it wants a 52k context window
6. Say one word and can use a 22k context window
7. So in the 2nd prompt give it the task
8. Using Orchestrator mode. Have trimmed other modes down to just 5 in a .roorules
9. Have a rules.md
