Actual vs. Expected Behavior
When adjusting the Rate limit (Minimum time between API requests) setting, and going back to the main Roo chat window, after every API request a timer is started, and all further interaction seems to be blocked, the UI interactions are partially blocked (so I cannot write in the chat box).
Ideally Roo would not submit new API requests, according to the setting, but would allow me to write any consequent requests, answers, etc, to the chat box, while waiting.
Detailed Steps to Reproduce
- Set a Rate limit (Minimum time between API requests.)
- Send some text to the LLM.
- UI is blocked.
