Importing a roo-code-settings.json doesn't display error output if an import fails

Actual vs. Expected Behavior

Exporting the full settings JSON, editing it, and then re-importing the file it only shows a VS Code notification on the bottom right on success. If the file has an incorrect format, I don't get feedback on what's wrong.

I tried experimenting with generating an extensive JSON file with LLMs to incorporate deep research analysis for ideal orchestrator guiding through prompting.

1. Export too settings
2. Import with malformed or invalid json types
3. Import and expect feedback

Thank you truly for your dedication @hannesrudolph and everyone else involved, Roo is really revolutionary. I've worked on some additions myself, like tracing with e.g. Langfuse, but haven't had the time lately to properly write tests and start contributing. Hope this changes soon.

seems like fixed on #3657, except the i18n error message is on wrong place
