Dragging Roo to left or right side of window should not result in blank section or buttons becoming unresponsive

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

• Click and Drag roo to right side of window or back to left side

Expected: Roo UI should always appear and buttons like + and settings always work
Actual: Sometimes the Roo UI is blank or sometimes it shows but buttons become unresponsive

As you can see in the video pop out always seems to work but dragging it around can result in a malfunctioning state
