Hey @SmartManoj, thanks a lot for the proposal!

I understand the idea behind it, but I think it might introduce some friction. Contributors sometimes forget to check the failing tests and might not realize that they need to rename the PR, which could cause some confusion.

Having a checklist is usually easier for contributors, who can clearly see what needs to be done, and for maintainers, who can quickly verify what was completed. Otherwise, maintainers would need to manually rename PRs and rerun failed jobs, which might become a bit tedious.

I'll close this issue for now, but I’m open to revisiting this and discussing it further if you have more thoughts or alternative ideas.
