What specific problem does this solve?
Integrates Claude Code as a new provider into Roo Code.
How should this be solved?
This will be achieved by implementing the equivalent of the following PR that was merged into Cline, which is the original fork source: cline/cline#4111
How will we know it works? (Acceptance Criteria)
After requesting a task to Roo using the "Claude Code" provider and confirming the task completes as expected, verify that execution traces remain in the Claude Code logs.

I've confirmed that the above PR was closed due to terms of service considerations.
While this feature may also indirectly use Pro/Max subscriptions, I believe it doesn't violate the terms of service since it goes through Claude Code. If anyone has concerns that this violates the terms of service, please let me know 😸
