Context condensing prompt belongs in Prompts section in Settings

What specific problem does this solve?

When attempting to update the context-condensing prompt, users will likely check the Prompts section first, only to realize they cannot update the prompt there. It is instead hidden at the bottom of the Context section.

Thank you @notadamking for the proposal! Right now, it's located in the Context section along with the other condensing options, but I agree it could also make sense to include it under the Prompts section.

I'll mark this as actionable so someone can take it from here.

@daniel-lxs I want to pick this up.
I have a question:

Currently, the Context section contains a checkbox: "Automatically trigger intelligent context condensing". 
If one clicks on it, it shows these options:
           a. Threshold to trigger intelligent context condensing
           b. API Configuration for Context Condensing
           c. Custom Context Condensing Prompt
If we look at the Prompts section and select "Enhance Prompt" from the drop down. It shows two things:
          a. API Configuration
          b. Prompt
So, it is clear that I should move the "API Configuration for Context Condensing" and "Custom Context Condensing Prompt" to Prompt section. 
But I am not sure about the "Automatically trigger intelligent context condensing" checkbox and "Threshold to trigger intelligent context condensing". 
Should these be moved also?
