🔁 Steps to Reproduce

We’ve encountered an issue where user inputs in the chat box are sometimes lost when using the “Reject” or “Send” buttons in AI workflows.

Specifically, if we disagree with an AI suggestion and attempt to manually revise or supplement the instruction in the chat box, then press “Reject” or “Send”, the modified input is often not recorded or saved into the chat flow.

In contrast, if we press “Agree”, the same user-edited input is properly saved and becomes part of the conversation.

This suggests that the “Reject” and “Send” buttons may fail to capture the current chat box input, causing important user revisions to be silently lost.

This behavior is disruptive, especially when we're correcting AI output manually. We kindly request this issue be reviewed and fixed to ensure all user-entered text is preserved, regardless of which button is clicked.

💥 Outcome Summary

Steps to Reproduce:

Wait for an AI step to complete.

Type a revised instruction or correction in the chat box.

Click “Reject” or “Send”.

Notice that the typed input does not appear in the final conversation.

Try the same with “Agree”, and the input is preserved.

Expected Behavior:
All manual input should be saved when any action button is pressed (Agree / Reject / Send).

Impact:
Important manual corrections may be lost, hurting the reliability of the workflow.

Thank you for looking into this!
