What happened?

I noticed that when the thread gets very long the plugin crashes and i need to restart it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Asking the new gemini flash thinking 2.0 (1-21) to review the entire codebase for errors

I'm randomly having this as well. I have to restart VSC to fix the issue. Can confirm, it seems to be when context gets very long.

Is this openrouter-specific? Unable to repro with 5MM token long threads with other providers.

@nissa-seru - no not openrouter specific - for me anyway. It seems to relate to memory. Generally when i get over 20-30M tokens

I have also had this happen the last couple of days... usually when the context grows big when using Gemini 2.0 Flash directly

Seeing this as well. Another situation I've observed this is when you have a large context / conversation history that you want to load from the "view all" task list. It initially loads, but when you scroll back up to the top of your conversation, at some point it gives the grey screen issue requiring you to reload it.
