After the update aut-approve seems to not apply, but only sometimes. I can't find the pattern, but once it happens i have to confirm every action regardless of approve set.

Managed to trigger it. This time i interruped the ai and then resumed - as you can see it is asking yet auto-approve is set to on

This is a dummy task i gave it just to have it call tools a lot.

UPD:

It happened again, but this time i did not cancel anything - just continuing like usual.
No todo involved either. And now i have to manually approve each action.
