Expected roo to create Memory bank with MCP tool and then updated it.

Got Consistent Failure to work with Memory Bank and then Roo stopped working

Hey @Nolson37 Thank you for the report, I noticed you are using Orchestrator mode, this mode doesn't have access to MCP servers as specified here: https://docs.roocode.com/basic-usage/using-modes#orchestrator-mode-aka-boomerang-mode

You might need to use a different mode to use that MCP server. Let me know if you have any questions!
