If file too big to handle, keep writing on char prompt and think that is done and made the changes, but it is not made any change especially in javascript. It thinks that it i done but it is not. it happens if source code more than 7k line

File Creation Tools Not Working in VS Code Environment
During the attempt to separate navigation scripts into a new file, we discovered:

create_file - Does not exist in this environment
write_file - Fails due to permission restrictions
str_replace_editor - Also fails with permissions
replace_in_file - ✅ Works reliably (only file modification tool available)
Root Cause:
VS Code environment has file creation permissions restricted, likely for security reasons. Only file modification through replace_in_file is permitted.

Workaround Available:
Could use an existing file as template and replace its entire content, but requires exact content matching.
