Looking at the error stack, this appears to be related to a test error boundary feature in the About component that's trying to call a non-existent method. I'll investigate the code and work on a fix.

✅ Issue Fixed!

I've successfully identified and fixed the issue. The problem was that debugging functions were being exposed in production mode, allowing users to access the Test ErrorBoundary functionality even after the UI button was removed.

🔍 Root Cause

The exposeSourceMapsForDebugging function in webview-ui/src/utils/sourceMapInitializer.ts had an incorrect condition that exposed debugging functions like __testSourceMaps in production mode instead of only in development mode.

🛠️ Solution

• Fixed the condition to only expose debugging functions in development mode
• Added comprehensive tests to prevent regression
• All CI checks are passing ✅

• Added 4 new test cases covering production, development, and test environments
