🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1、create a new open-router key, set the credit limit to $5. my account has $10 total
2、 add the key into roo code
3、try run some task，and a few step，it will send the 401 No auth credentials found

💥 Outcome Summary

Expected task to be done, but got 401 respond，as you can see the follow picture , it will take a few task done to cause.

✅ Issue Fixed!

I've successfully identified and resolved the OpenRouter 401 authentication issue. The problem was that the OpenRouter API fetcher functions were not including the API key in their requests.

🔍 Root Cause

The issue was in the OpenRouter integration where:

1. getOpenRouterModels() and getOpenRouterModelEndpoints() functions were making API requests without Authorization headers
2. The GetModelsOptions type didn't include API key support for OpenRouter
3. Missing proper error handling for 401 authentication failures

🛠️ Solution Implemented

• ✅ Added Authorization header with Bearer token to all OpenRouter API requests
• ✅ Updated type definitions to support API key passing for OpenRouter
• ✅ Added proper 401 error handling with descriptive error messages
• ✅ Added API key validation in OpenRouter handler constructor
• ✅ Added comprehensive tests for authentication scenarios

• All existing tests continue to pass
• Added new tests covering authentication scenarios
